Baked Sushi Recipe
Ingredients:
- 150g crab sticks
- 150g crab meat
- 60g Furikake
- 300g sushi rice
- 40g fish roe
- 50g Sriracha
- 100g Japanese mayonnaise
- 2 stalks of chopped green onions
- Seaweed sheets
Instructions:
- Add crab meat, crab sticks, Japanese mayonnaise, Sriracha, fish roe, and chopped green onions in a large bowl and mix well.
- Prepare glass oven dish.
- Gently press and spread sushi rice evenly onto oven dish.
- Sprinkle ½ of the Furikake over sushi rice.
- Spread crab mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining Furikake.
- Preheat oven to 230 C and bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow dish to cool. Divide dish into equal pieces and serve with seaweed sheets.
