Chocolate Crinkles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oil
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Melt chocolate chips.
  2. Combine flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Combine sugar and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.
  4. Continue mixing while adding oil, vanilla extract and melted chocolate chips.
  5. Add in eggs.
  6. Add the flour mixture while mixing and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  7. Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it over the powdered sugar.
  8. Arrange in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 13 minutes at 175⁰.
