Chocolate Crinkles Recipe
Ingredients:
- ½ cup oil
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Melt chocolate chips.
- Combine flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Combine sugar and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.
- Continue mixing while adding oil, vanilla extract and melted chocolate chips.
- Add in eggs.
- Add the flour mixture while mixing and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it over the powdered sugar.
- Arrange in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 13 minutes at 175⁰.
