Today Cook What – Jjapaguri

Jjapaguri Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Chapagetti
- 1 packet of Neoguri
- 1 diced chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Optional:
- 1 egg
- 1 head of bok choy
- 1 sprig of spring onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Black pepper
Instructions:
- Add cooking oil to pot.
- Stir-fry chicken breast with garlic and black pepper.
- Bring water to boil in another pot.
- Add both noodles and vegetable mixes, stirring occasionally until al dente.
- Strain noodles and keep 1 cup of noodle water.
- Add chicken breast, 1 cup of noodle water, and both noodle seasonings.
- Stir well until noodles are coated with sauce.
Optional:
- Add bok choy, sunny side-up and spring onions.
